GENERAL PILATES

Whether you are a beginner to Pilates, or a Pilates practitioner expert, our General Pilates class will deliver an excellent workout at a steady pace.

 

This class offers:

 

- Detailed instruction, 

- moderate to high strengthening,

- incorporates core and whole body strengthening exercises, whilst cultivating balance, control and alignment awareness,

- stretching.

 

You will be closely guided, and can expect to feel more energised, focused and calm afterwards.

Who can attend?

 

All fitness levels are welcome. 

Please do not attend if you are past ten weeks pregnant.

DYNAMIC PILATES

Our Dynamic Pilates class includes flow and strength content designed to challenge your current limitations physically and mentally.  You will build strength and body awareness by exploring more complex transitions and by having a play in the exercises.


We recommend that you feel competent in a General Pilates class prior to attending a Dynamic Pilates Class.

 

Experience an integration of:

- Detailed Instruction,

- high Strengthening,

- Incorporates core and whole body strengthening exercises, whilst exploring more complex transitions and variations,

- stretching.

 

Who can attend?

These classes are catered to Intermediate-Advanced practitioners.

Please do not attend if you are past ten weeks pregnant.

PREGNANCY PILATES

Pilates is a must for Pre & Post Natal mums and a great way of staying connected to your changing body.

 

We help you create a girdle of support, extending from your pelvic floor through to your transverse abdominal muscles, in order to support your lower back and help facilitate the best delivery possible. Upper body strengthening is also a crucial aspect of the natal classes, and is truly appreciated by our Mums as their little bubs grow and become much heavier to carry and hold!
