"​Sometimes I worry that a celebrity will discover Diana and take her away from us.
There's a whole lot of rudimentary pilates offerings out there–rooms crammed with reformer beds and repetitive 'intro' classes. Diana's classes are a complete inverse of this. Her holistic approach and knowledge make for the most challenging, rewarding, and captivating pilates I could ever imagine a mat class to be.

Each class begins with a personalised postural alignment assessment. Throughout strength-training, her focus on form and correcting alignment of every student in the room is incredibly generous and refined. In all my years of practice, no two classes are alike. I'm never bored or watching the clock.

These classes may be more difficult compared to other offerings, but you will be truly held by Diana's artistry. Her standards are rather testament to the results she can give her clients."
